and graduate student research! Interested presenters are invited to scroll down for
poster abstract submission and poster session instructions.
Note: Abstracts will be submitted through the American Chemical Society Scholar One portal.
You will be prompted to login to the ACS portal or to create a guest account.
The ACS deadline for submission of an abstract was October 5, 2018.
Posters do not have to be on a space-related theme.

Posters will be up and available for viewing for the entirety of the conference;
however, Poster Presenters may only be available at the times listed above.
Poster Session - Information for Poster Presenters
Students who are interested in presenting a poster should submit their poster abstract
using the following LINK between now and October 5, 2018. Submit your abstracts
as soon as possible as we have a maximum of only 100 spots available for poster presenters!
Students should expect to hear back about their submissions as early as September 21, 2018.
Poster presenters will be expected to mount and later take down their posters on the day of
the conference at the times listed below. Poster display boards and mounting hardware
(e.g.,push pins or magnets) will be provided. Please note that Poster Presenters will be
expected to be at their posters during the Poster Session (Lunch) and the Coffee Break times
listed above to present to and speak with conference attendees.
Poster Dimensions: 48 in. (height) x 72 in. (width)
Poster Set-Up: 7:45 AM - 8:30 AM
Poster Take-Down: 4:30 PM - 4:45 PM
